City Tour: Begin your journey with a guided tour of Kuala Lumpur, visiting iconic landmarks such as the Petronas Twin Towers, Batu Caves, and Merdeka Square.

Visit to a Luxury Hotel: Tour a renowned luxury hotel, such as the Mandarin Oriental or The Ritz-Carlton. Engage with the management team to learn about their operations, guest services, and management strategies.
Interactive Workshops: Participate in workshops on topics such as customer service excellence, hotel management systems, and revenue management.

Culinary School Visit: Visit a top culinary school, such as the Culinary Arts Centre at Taylor’s University. Participate in a hands-on cooking class to learn about Malaysian cuisine and culinary techniques.
Market Visit: Explore a local market with a chef to understand the ingredients and flavours that are integral to Malaysian cuisine.
